The Instrumentation Officer will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of instrumentation systems. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to ensure that all instrumentation systems operate efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain instrumentation systems for various projects.
- Calibrate and troubleshoot instrumentation devices and systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all instrumentation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate instrumentation with other systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications and reports.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in instrumentation and control systems design and maintenance.
- Proficiency in using instrumentation software and tools for design and analysis.
- Strong understanding of control theory and instrumentation principles.
- Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and field instrumentation such as sensors and transmitters.
