Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement instrumentation and control systems for industrial automation.
- Selection and specification of instruments based on process requirements.
- Calibration, installation, testing, and commissioning of field instruments such as transmitters, sensors, valves, and control systems.
- PLC/DCS/SCADA system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Prepare technical documents such as P&IDs, IO lists, instrument index, loop diagrams, and data sheets.
- Coordination with vendors and cross-functional teams (electrical, mechanical, process).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain documentation and reports for instrumentation systems and performance.
