Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Instrumentation E3D Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in 3D modeling using AVEVA E3D tools for various components such as equipment, HVAC ducts, and cable trays, as well as preparing instrument location layouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform 3D modeling of equipment, HVAC ducts, cable trays, and instrumentation components using AVEVA E3D.
- Develop and update instrument location layouts, ensuring proper integration with other systems and components.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure the effective layout and installation of instruments.
- Maintain accurate design data and ensure models are aligned with project specifications.
- Support the creation of 3D models for detailed instrumentation installation and interface with other systems.
- Conduct clash detection to resolve potential conflicts in the design and layout.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and project requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation and drawings related to the instrumentation design.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in 3D modeling using AVEVA E3D for instrumentation and other systems.
- Familiarity with designing and modeling HVAC ducts, cable trays, and equipment layouts.
- Experience in preparing instrument location layouts for various industrial projects.
