Technical Skills : SP3D (Equipment / Cable Way / Drawing Console), SPI-IN Tools (Index /Wiring / Loop/ Hook-Up/ Modules, Document Binder, Browser and EDE ), AUTOCAD, NAVISWORK, Microsoft Office, MICROSTATION, PDS, PDMS, Smart Plant Review (SPR).
Job Description:
Instrumentation design, either 3D/2D model, wiring and hook ups activities.
Familiar with the ASME, API, ISA, IEC and other industry related standards.
Shall be organized, motivated and team worker & Instrument / JB Modelling SP3D and/or PDS.
Cable tray modeling including tray supports SP3D and/or PDS & Trench and Duct Bank Routing SP3D and/or PDS.
Preparation of Electronic Instrument Layout & Preparation of Pneumatic Layout & Preparation of Main cable tray routing layout.
2D Extraction from 3D model & Wiring setup in SPI-INTools for Instruments and Control/Safety Systems.
Loop diagram and Termination Diagram in SPI, Instrument Segment Diagrams (Foundation Fieldbus) & Instrument Installation Drawing.
Junction Box Schedule, Cable Schedule, Drum Schedule & Control room Cable Routing and Equipment Layout.
Cable Block Diagram, Bulk MTO (Cables, Junction Boxes and Hook-up items) & Hookup assignment is SPI and drawings generation.
