About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) Test Engineer with strong handson experience in CAN, CAPL scripting, CANoe, and solid programming skills in C/Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating instrument cluster functionalities, developing automated test scripts, and ensuring highquality software performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional and regression testing of Instrument Panel Clusters (IPCs).
- Develop and execute test scripts using CAPL in the Vector CANoe environment.
- Analyze CAN logs, debug issues, and report defects.
- Create and maintain automation frameworks using C or Python.
- Work with developers to identify root causes of issues and support fixes.
- Validate communication protocols (CAN, LIN if required).
- Prepare test reports, documentation, and maintain traceability.
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Instrument Cluster Testing.
- Handson working knowledge of CAN, CAPL, CANoe.
- Programming experience in C and/or Python.
- Ability to analyze communication logs and perform signallevel debugging.
- Good understanding of automotive ECUs, diagnostics, and embedded systems.
