smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI Intool) - Preparation of instrument index, datasheets, specifications sheets, I/O list, etc. in Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI Intool).

Evaluation of vendor offers for field Instruments, control valves, on-off valves, and safety valves. raising purchase requisitions and providing technical approvals to procurement. - Sizing & selection of field instruments like control valves, orifice assembly, on-off valves, flow meters, solenoid valves, Temp./ level/ pressure gauges, sensors & transmitters etc. - Preparation of instrument loop drawing of Flow, temperature, level, pressure gauges & transmitters, control valves, on-off valves, etc. in Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI Intool). - Loop segregations from P&ID. -

Preparation instrument hook-up drawings

Preparation of instrument location layout, instrument air distribution layouts, electrical & instrument cable tray layout. - Preparation of junction box schedule, cable schedule & cable drum schedule. - Preparation of JB layout & plant lighting layout. - Preparation & selection of bill of material for control & instrumentation equipment. - Preparation of cause & effect matrix for safety trip of systems. - Selection of instrument cables, sizing of electrical cables, & switchgears as per load list. - Bulk material MTO for instrument fittings & accessories, cable glands, cable tray, light lamp. - Electrical load list preparation & feeder calculation.
