Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Instructor. The Instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality technical training programs, creating instructional materials, and facilitating engaging learning experiences. The role involves conducting virtual and/or in-person training sessions, assessing trainees progress, and providing feedback. The Instructor will also collaborate with different teams to ensure training aligns with current technology trends and client needs, while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement. Primary domain RedHat training RHCSA, RHCE, DO188 etc. AWS foundation and kubernetes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in cloud computing, specifically AWS services such as Migration, Application Modernization, and IoT solutions
- Experience in instructional design and development of training materials
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills
- Proficiency in technologies like Generative AI and Open Source systems is preferred
- Ability to assess learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Professional training certifications or hands-on experience in AWS systems is a plus
