Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Training Development & Delivery:

  • Design, develop, and deliver high-impact training solutions for new hires, specialists, existing staff, and new processes/projects.
  • Create performance enablement materials, including instructor-led training, web-based content, application simulations, and coaching guides.
  • Develop and integrate module content, materials, and media to meet detailed training design specifications.
  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to ensure consistent delivery across teams.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Manage and mentor a team of Training Managers, providing guidance on instructional design, training delivery, and performance assessment.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment to encourage knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Support team members in implementing sales methodologies to enhance performance.

Sales Performance & Training Needs Analysis:

  • Analyze sales performance data to identify training gaps and recommend targeted interventions.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, SMEs, and stakeholders to gather insights and refine training programs.
  • Evaluate course assessments and provide recommendations for future enhancements based on feedback and performance data.

Content Development & Optimization:

  • Develop training content aligned with business objectives, sales strategies, and optimization practices.
  • Ensure content is up-to-date, compliant with standards, and tailored to the audience's learning needs.
  • Review and revise course materials based on internal and client feedback, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

  • Use process development tools to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through daily governance, audits, and performance tracking.
  • Report on training progress, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales training, instructional design, and team leadership.
  • Google AdWords Certified in Search & Display is a plus.
  • Strong background in sales optimization and performance analysis.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interview SMEs effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
  • Experience with web-based, instructor-led, and virtual instructor-led training methods.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong client-facing experience and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and performance management systems.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training analytics tools.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change initiatives.
