Job Description

  • Create complex, high-quality, and innovative instructional materials and learning solutions using proven instructional design methodology and current industry trends.
  • Collaborate with SME to develop course content.
  • Write content scripts, storyboards, practice exercises video/audio scripts, assessments, participants, and facilitator guides.
  • Develop new and update existing print and interactive, web-based multimedia training content, incorporating various media technologies into web-based training materials.
  • Develop/input graphics, audio, animations, video, and interactions into training content and marketing purposes for Operational training.
  • Perform quality control including evaluating, testing, and editing deliverables after they are drafted or completed. Strong attention to detail a must.
  • Adhere to designated training materials development standards, guidelines, and style guides set forth by AMH Services.
  • Troubleshoot technical delivery issues across multiple platforms and devices (SCORM/LMS, Tin Can (xAPI) web-delivery).
  • This position will also provide technical and operational support for AMH Services learning platform.
  • Experience with LMS operation and maintenance is a plus: Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance, and escalation management. Monitor reoccurring issues, and proactively identify potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements.
