Consultant Digital Adoption Platform (DAP)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Digital Adoption to join our Training as a Service (TaaS) team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong expertise in WalkMe and enterprise learning solutions who can independently lead workstreams, engage with clients, and deliver high-impact digital adoption solutions.
You will play a critical role in designing and implementing Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) solutions and blended learning programs across enterprise systems, while collaborating closely with senior leaders and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy DAP solutions (WalkMe, SAP Enable Now, etc.) including walkthroughs, tooltips, launchers, task lists, and automation.
- Configure segmentation, targeting rules, A/B testing, and analytics within the DAP platform
- Develop smart walkthroughs and automation solutions to simplify complex enterprise processes
- Configure dashboards and analytics to measure adoption, engagement, and training effectiveness
- Support content migration, enhancements, and platform upgrades as needed
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis to align training solutions with business objectives
- Design and develop blended learning solutions (WBT, ILT, VILT, simulations, QRGs, work instructions)
- Create role-based training programs for enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Workday, etc.)
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements
- Apply adult learning principles and modern rapid development tools (Articulate, SAP Enable Now, WalkMe)
3. Client Engagement & Consulting
- Engage directly with enterprise stakeholders to gather requirements and provide consultative recommendations on digital adoption strategies
- Present DAP solutions, adoption insights, and training recommendations to client teams.
- Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies and proactively recommend solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert for WalkMe/DAP best practices within project teams
4. Project & Quality Management
- Manage assigned workstreams independently, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery
- Maintain content trackers and documentation for assigned projects
- Document solution design specifications and implementation details
- Support agile or waterfall project methodologies as required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Information Technology, Instructional Technology, or related field
- 57 years of experience in Digital Adoption, and enterprise training solutions.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience developing WalkMe/DAP content for enterprise applications.
- Experience delivering end-to-end training programs including eLearning and DAP components
- Experience working in client-facing consulting environments
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and blended learning strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- WalkMe Builder / Delivery Consultant certification
- Experience integrating WalkMe with SAP Enable Now
- Exposure to LMS platforms and analytics reporting
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or other enterprise transformations.
- Experience mentoring junior DAP developers (informal leadership exposure).
