Instructional Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Instructional Designer with a passion for gamification and a background in game design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing games and a strong understanding of various design tools. This role focuses on designing the game and developing it an articulate storyline or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the content development team to convert cybersecurity training material into engaging and interactive game-based learning modules.
2. Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and storyboards to visualize game-based learning experiences.
3. Utilize Articulate Storyline to create interactive e-learning content.
4. Incorporate graphic design, motion design, and UX copywriting to enhance the learning experience.
5. Ensure the visual and interactive elements align with the instructional goals and objectives.
6. Test and refine game-based learning modules based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design, gamification, and e-learning.

Requirements:

1. B.Tech degree or Bachelor of Design (Software Product Design, UI/UX Design, Graphic Design)
2. 2+ years of experience in designing games or gamified learning experiences (portfolio required).
3. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline.
4. Experience with Unity Gaming Tool.
5. Strong skills in graphic design, motion design, and UX copywriting.
6. Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
9. Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
