Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Instructional Designer / Technical Writer. We are hiring a candidate with strong English communication skills and a science/engineering background to support the creation of technical e-learning content. Training for all tools and processes will be provided by us.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Science, Engineering, English, Mass Communication, or similar.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Basic Hindi knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to quickly understand technical topics.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating instructional storyboards for e-learning modules.
• Convert SME inputs into clear and simple content.
• Support audio script creation, audio generation, and AV testing.
• Create content for social media and marketing materials.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality of content.
