Role Description
2. Create a structured Training Need Analysis with the team.
3. Design and develop content in line with the needs assessed, with the team
4. Interface with clients during the entire engagement
5. Competencies that content is created around are behavioural, soft skills and communication skills
6. Conduct a Train-the-Trainer program and certify trainers on the designed content
7. Extend support to trainers through the delivery phase
8. Work with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of projects
Qualifications
3. Instructional design experience of at least 1 year. Experience working with soft skills competencies is a bonus
4. People management experience and experience of running train the trainer programs is preferred
Experience of classroom facilitation (soft skills, communication skills) is preferred, but not necessary
5.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
6.Knowledge of digital and e-learning tools is a plus
7.Previous experience in corporate or institutional training environments is preferred
