We are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in our workforce and are currently inviting postgraduate professionals to join our Learning & Development team as Instructional Designer in Chennai.


If you are a postgraduate candidate with experience in instructional design, content development, or corporate training, preferably within the insurance or BFSI sector, we would love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with Deployment and assessment of org- wide engagement initiatives already in place in the org.
  • Identify, Build and Deploy Engagement initiatives impacting overall engagement and retention for the organisation.
  • Build and Deploy framework to assess/ measure employee experience and learning effectiveness post trainings.
  • Assess engagement requirements, Build and Deploy engagement initiatives across the org.
  • Build and Deploy framework to assess, measure and enhance employee experience and effectiveness post engagement.
  • Build systems and modules for learning
  • Work with the Org. Leadership to identify cultural nuances and build culture appreciation within the organisation.
  • Participate in/ Contribute to build systems, processes and policies where required with Senior Leadership of the organisation and group.
  • Oversee the functional budget and usage 


Competencies and Skills requirement:

  • Post graduate qualification
  • Ability to understand business nuances and work on business engagement requirements in line with business goals.
  • Ability to think independently, clarity of thought, able to hold your ground in a business discussion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills/ excellent presentation skills.
  • Competent in independently understanding and evaluating various engagement options, alternatives and modes available in the market and look at opportunities to implement newer initiatives to engage.
  • Multitask and work on various org wide initiatives thereby improving employee engagement.
  • Networking (internal/ external) to manage and fulfil engagement needs for the org.
