Key Responsibilities:
- Support with Deployment and assessment of org- wide engagement initiatives already in place in the org.
- Identify, Build and Deploy Engagement initiatives impacting overall engagement and retention for the organisation.
- Build and Deploy framework to assess/ measure employee experience and learning effectiveness post trainings.
- Assess engagement requirements, Build and Deploy engagement initiatives across the org.
- Build and Deploy framework to assess, measure and enhance employee experience and effectiveness post engagement.
- Build systems and modules for learning
- Work with the Org. Leadership to identify cultural nuances and build culture appreciation within the organisation.
- Participate in/ Contribute to build systems, processes and policies where required with Senior Leadership of the organisation and group.
- Oversee the functional budget and usage
Competencies and Skills requirement:
- Post graduate qualification
- Ability to understand business nuances and work on business engagement requirements in line with business goals.
- Ability to think independently, clarity of thought, able to hold your ground in a business discussion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills/ excellent presentation skills.
- Competent in independently understanding and evaluating various engagement options, alternatives and modes available in the market and look at opportunities to implement newer initiatives to engage.
- Multitask and work on various org wide initiatives thereby improving employee engagement.
- Networking (internal/ external) to manage and fulfil engagement needs for the org.
