Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate

Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and updating instruction content to meet training requirements.
- Create new content, rewrite the existing content, or edit and proofread content
- Responsible for developing unique ideas for new content development
- Providing subject knowledge expertise in automotive training and curriculum development
- Research for new car/bike/scooter/truck model launches
- Create eye-catching content on PowerPoint
- Developing storyboards and writing scripts for eLearning Content and learning video development
- Guiding eLearning programmers and graphic designers to help visualize and create visual and aesthetically appealing courses and designs
- Establish, build strong customer, and peer relationship
- Advise to Client, Project Manager and Trainee in choosing the right content development model and assessment strategy.
- Handhold and mentor interns and freshers to kick-start their professional journey
