Instructional Designer

Details:

• Knowledge of instructional design concepts and adult learning theories
• Hands-on experience in creating storyboards / power presentations for eLearning, ILTs, and vILTs
• Ability to directly interact with client SMEs, seek clarifications from them, and create material that meet the client specified-requirements
• Exposure to content authoring tools is desirable Whatfix, Walk ME etc
• Who has developed content for SAP/ERP applications

Mandatory skills: Instructional Design, strong English written skills, developed content for SAP/ERP applications

Desired skills: Storyboarding experience, specifically in creating eLearning, ILT and vILT based training content

Domain: Training Content Design and Development

Relevant Experience: 6 to 8+ years of experience in creating relevant learning content

Work mode: Hybrid (2 days office)

Hiring mode: Contractual 3 months (Extendable basis performance)
