Instructional Designer – Audit Learning
At KDNI we are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our Audit Learning function. The role involves designing and delivering high‑quality learning solutions that enable audit professionals to build technical capability and stay aligned with evolving methodology and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop learning solutions across classroom, virtual, and self‑paced formats, including eLearning, microlearning, simulations, and job aids
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) to create effective, learner‑centric experiences
- Ensure learning content remains aligned to audit standards, methodology updates, and regulatory changes
- Collaborate closely with Audit Learning Managers, Assistant Managers, and subject matter experts to translate complex audit concepts into accessible learning content
- Manage multiple instructional design initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Develop assessments and analyse learner feedback to drive continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or a related role
- Experience designing learning for professional services, audit, or compliance environments
- Strong hands‑on experience with digital learning tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Captivate, and Camtasia
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Moodle)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
