Develop engaging e-learning content using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)

Design assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to measure learning effectiveness

Incorporate multimedia elements like videos, graphics, animations, and simulations

Ensure content aligns with organizational goals and learner needs

Pilot, review, and revise training programs based on feedback and performance data

Maintain learning management systems (LMS) and upload course content

Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and compliance with learning standards

Track learning outcomes and prepare training effectiveness reports

Stay updated with learning technologies, trends, and best practices
