Technical skills –
- Instructional Design Tools: Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Storyline 2, Adobe Captivate 2019, MS Office Suite, Other e-learning development tools and AI-powered learning solutions.
- Web Designing languages: HTML, CSS, Javascript and related languages or tools
- Instructional Design Expertise: Understanding of instructional design theories and principles, including ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, Gagnés Nine Events of Instruction, adult learning methodologies, and so on.
- Content Development: Skilled in creating interactive e-learning modules, simulations, assessments, and multimedia learning experiences tailored to diverse audiences.
- Quality Assurance: Knowledge of SCORM/AICC standards, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), best practices, and so on.
Job Responsibilities and Pre-requisites:
- Involve in developing online training materials for corporate segment.
- Involve in designing and creation of responsive webpages
