About the Role
You will support the SPA Digital Content and Education team in designing and producing multimedia-rich digital courses for the SPA vocational product portfolio. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, technical production, and creative content development.
General Responsibilities
Ensure all production activities follow timelines and coordinate weekly updates with internal teams and the Head of Academic Projects
Apply stakeholder feedback to improve and refine outputs
Suggest creative, technical, or process improvements to optimise production quality
Stay updated on multimedia, AI, and instructional design trends and propose new ideas
Daily Responsibilities
Follow production maps and use Microsoft Copilot 365 to create action scripts
Validate scripts with Head of Education and the Digital team
Convert scripts into visually strong, industry-relevant storyboards
Film, edit, and produce high-quality videos, audio, graphics, and motion elements
Create infographics, e-comics, and other visual formats for learner engagement
Produce multimedia assets ready for integration into digital learning content
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or Motion Design
Additional certifications in Instructional Design or Learning Design are a strong plus
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Copilot 365 for scripting and drafting
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience building e-learning modules in Articulate Storyline with SCORM/xAPI integration
Ability to publish and troubleshoot SCORM packages for LMS compatibility
Understanding of instructional design frameworks like ADDIE or SAM
Ability to leverage AI tools for content creation and optimisation
