Role Overview:
As an Instructional Designer, you will design and manage diverse programs including 4-month bootcamps, crash courses, and modular programs tailored to market and learner needs. Collaborating with subject matter experts and mentors, you will ensure effective delivery and development of high-quality e-learning resources and instructor enablement.

Experience:2-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and manage tech bootcamps, crash courses, and other learning formats
- Define learning objectives, session plans, engagement activities, and support systems
- Collaborate with mentors and instructors to ensure program quality and delivery
- Oversee the creation and enhancement of e-learning materials across platforms
- Train and support instructors in live delivery and recording best practices
- Monitor programs continuously using feedback and analytics to improve outcomes
- Build and maintain learner support systems and engagement frameworks
Key Skills & Experience:
- 2-5 years of instructional design experience, preferably with tech bootcamps or online learning programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage concurrent programs
- Excellent communication and collaboration with mentors and instructors
- Familiarity with EdTech platforms, webinar tools, and e-learning content creation
- Analytical mindset for improving program effectiveness
- Highly organized and adaptable to fast-paced environments
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience managing large-scale educational cohorts or multi-format programs
- Knowledge of coding, tech education, or emerging professional skill domains
