Job Description-:

We are seeking creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designers (IDs) to develop storyboards and voice over scripts for professional course design. The role involves creating instructional content, designing engaging storyboards, and writing voice over scripts for professional course development.

Key Responsibilities:

1 .Write instructional content aligned with defined learning objectives.

2 .Visualize and design videos that effectively illustrate instructional content.

3 .Visualize and create storyboards that depict instructional content effectively.

4 .Write compelling and concise voice over scripts for e-learning modules and professional courses.

5 .Collaborate with multimedia teams to ensure synchronization of scripts with visuals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in instructional design or e-learning content creation.
• Strong writing and visualization skills.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and multimedia development.
• Ensure alignment of videos and other media with learning objectives and target audience needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, English, or a related field.
• Proven experience in instructional design, storyboard writing, or e-learning content creation.
• Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Story line, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Ability to visualize and design multimedia elements to support instructional content.
