Role Summary
8+ years of experience as an Instructional designer (corporate projects).
Responsible for leading the design and development of effective learning solutions, managing instructional design projects, and guiding a team to deliver high-quality training content across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design of e-learning, ILT, VILT, and blended learning programs.
- Conduct training needs analysis and align solutions with business goals.
- Create storyboards, assessments, and learning materials using ID best practices.
- Manage multiple L&D projects and collaborate with SMEs/stakeholders.
- Review and mentor junior instructional designers; ensure quality standards.
- Work with LMS and authoring tools (Storyline, Rise, Captivate, etc.).
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ADDIE, adult learning principles, and learning science.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and content development.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder-handling skills.
- Experience leading teams or design projects.
