Duties:
We are looking for an Instructional Designer/eLearning developer to design and develop technical eLearning for ServiceNows finance and enterprise technology.
- Design & Develop Finance-Focused Learning: Create high-quality instructional programs (eLearning, video, ILT, blended) on finance topics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Needs Analysis & Impact Measurement: Conduct needs assessments, define effective learning strategies, and measure business impact.
- Expert Collaboration & Content Development: Work closely with finance SMEs, process owners, and peers to synthesize complex financial concepts into engaging learning solutions.
- Instructional Standards & Best Practices: Apply instructional design principles to develop storyboards, write scripts, and collaborate with content developers to produce polished deliverables.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Evaluate course effectiveness, incorporate feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance learning design in response to business or industry changes.
Skills:
As an Instructional Designer, you will independently design, develop, and implement high-quality learning solutions focused on finance and enterprise technology.
- Create complex, multi-audience learning programs (eLearning, video, instructor-led, blended, assessments) from the ground up.
- Extract and synthesize highly technical finance-related content into easy-to-understand learning materials.
- Develop learning assets using Articulate Storyline, Rise (must-have), Camtasia, WellSaid Labs, Synthesia, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Use Kirkpatricks training evaluation model to measure learning effectiveness and optimize future content.
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a finance or enterprise product organization.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, scriptwriting, and editing skills.
