Role Description
This is a contract-based remote role for an Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing instructional materials, developing curriculum, and implementing training and learning programs. Key tasks include creating engaging and effective content, managing Learning Management Systems, and ensuring high-quality learning outcomes tailored to students requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in Needs Analysis and determining learner requirements
- Proficiency in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development
- Knowledge in Training & Development and delivering impactful learning experiences
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and related tools
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in creating educational content for online platforms is a plus
