We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional designer to design, develop, and deliver engaging e-learning modules for our organization. This role involves transforming complex information into interactive and visually appealing digital learning materials that enhance employee learning and development.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and produce e-learning modules, videos, infographics, and other digital learning assets.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and translate it into effective learning experiences.
  • Use e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, etc.) to build interactive training modules.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve digital learning content based on feedback and learning analytics.
  • Stay updated on e-learning trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience of at least 12 months in digital content creation, particularly for e-learning or training environments.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and multimedia editing software.
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and visual design skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
