Job Description

Position - Instructional Designer Manager

FTE Role

Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Create the onboarding and other training documents
  • AI activity and 3rd party briefs and templates
  • Train the ID team in the processes and standards followed in the project
  • Collaborate with SMEs and generate a Content Outline
  • Develop the instructional materials:
  • Blueprint PPTs, including infographics and identification of Rise blocks
  • AI Activity content
  • Live Lesson Material
  • Create an average of 42 lessons worth of content in Rise
  • Analyze and implement client feedback and CE fixes of the blueprint
  • Review for Quality Assurance:
  • lesson Outlines
  • Topic Video Outlines, Scripts, and Storyboards
  • Demo Video Outlines, Scripts, and Storyboards
  • AI activity briefs/templates
  • AI activities on Prompt Mate
  • The demo video briefs, scripts, and slides
  • The topic video briefs, scripts, and storyboards
  • Infographics
  • Module/Lesson Rise builds with video links against the Acceptance Checklist
  • Attend meetings late in the day with SMEs and client stakeholders
  • Work effectively in a collaborative team environment across geographies

Educational and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
  • Excellent language skills
  • Ability to leverage AI; ability to envisage AI use cases, create agents, and tweak existing agents for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • 12-15 years of instructional design experience
  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in developing courses on Rise
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with SMEs, learners, and stakeholders.
  • Creative and Result-oriented: Ability to develop innovative and engaging training materials and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail: Ability to produce high-quality work that is accurate and error-free.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and address training design challenges and willingness to learn.
  • Leadership capabilities: Proactive, high sense of ownership with the ability to guide and motivate a team of instructional designers to achieve project goals
  • Key personal traits: trust, integrity, openness
