Role OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and creative Instore Fashion Designer to join our team in Nagpur. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will work closely with clients to design bespoke garments, provide expert styling advice, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Design custom menswear garments tailored to individual client needs
- Consult clients on fabrics, colors, silhouettes, and styling
- Apply and suggest innovative embroidery and detailing techniques
- Translate client ideas into unique, wearable designs
- Align all creations with Arva's vision of sustainability and futuristic design
- Support client interaction and conversion into sales
- Use digital illustration tools (e.g., Procreate) to visualize concepts
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong foundation in Fashion Design with a creative, client-focused approach.
- In-depth knowledge of textiles, fabrics, and material behavior.
- Expertise in embroidery and garment detailing.
- Proficiency in fitting techniques for various body types.
- Good understanding of current and emerging fashion trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage clients and drive sales.
- Familiarity with digital design tools including pro create.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design
- Prior experience in bespoke or luxury retail environments
