Job Title: Institutional Sales Manager

Locations: Kolkata, Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Bangalore, Udaipur (Rajasthan), Lucknow, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai,

Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years

CTC Budget: 4 to 8 LPA

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Institutional Sales Manager specializing in hotel sales to drive business growth across key territories. The role focuses on acquiring and managing hotel clients, including luxury, mid-scale, and budget hospitality chains.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, target, and acquire new hotel clients (luxury, business, boutique, and budget hotels)

· Build strong relationships with hotel owners, purchase managers, project heads, and hospitality consultants

· Drive B2B sales for mattresses and sleep solutions within the hospitality segment

· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and after-sales support

· Achieve defined sales targets and expand market share in the assigned region

· Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project teams involved in hotel setups and renovations

· Conduct product presentations, trials, and negotiations with hotel clients

· Track upcoming hotel projects, renovations, and tenders in the territory

· Ensure timely order execution in coordination with supply chain and operations teams

· Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting

Key Requirements

· 2 to 5 years of experience in institutional or B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, mattresses, furniture, furnishings, or building materials

· Strong network within the hotel industry (owners, procurement teams, consultants) is highly preferred

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

· Ability to understand client requirements and provide customized solutions

· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
