We are expanding our Institutional Sales footprint in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, New Delhi, and seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive project sales with top residential builders and developers.
Job Summary:
The Institutional Sales Manager will lead business development for MagickHome's modular kitchens, wardrobes, and vanities with a focus on large-scale residential projects. The role demands deep industry relationships — especially with sourcing, procurement, and project heads of top builders — along with strong technical and commercial acumen to manage institutional sales end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue project opportunities with leading residential builders, developers, and construction firms in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Gurgaon.
- Build and strengthen relationships with sourcing/procurement teams, purchase heads, and project decision-makers to get product approvals and finalize specifications.
- Position MagickHome (MagickWoods) as a premium Canadian brand offering world-class modular kitchen, wardrobe, and vanity solutions.
- Manage complete project sales cycle: lead generation → presentation → BOQ & estimation → commercial negotiation → order closure.
- Collaborate closely with internal design, estimation, and project management teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth execution.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for builders, architects, and project consultants.
- Track and report competitor activities, pricing strategies, and upcoming project pipelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships leading to repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with 10+ years of experience in institutional or project sales.
- Proven experience in selling to top residential developers and builders in the Tamil Nadu region.
- Strong and active network with sourcing, procurement, and purchase heads of leading builder groups.
- Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, or premium building materials is highly desirable.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- High level of self-motivation, accountability, and professionalism.
