Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement institutional and project sales strategies for ceramic and vitrified tiles.
- Identify, pursue, and secure large-scale projects from builders, real estate developers, contractors, architects, government bodies, and corporate clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients and decision-makers.
- Generate product specifications in collaboration with architects, consultants, and project management firms.
- Conduct regular client visits and project site inspections to ensure smooth execution and strengthen relationships.
Commercial Negotiation and Contract Management
- Handle high-value negotiations, finalize rate contracts, and project agreements.
- Lead participation in government and PSU tenders, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, commercial terms, and risk management guidelines.
Revenue and Margin Achievement
- Drive regional institutional sales targets to achieve revenue and margin objectives.
- Monitor project pipeline and ensure timely conversion from inquiry to order closure.
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management review presentations.
Credit and Collections Management
- Coordinate with the finance team to control credit limits and outstanding receivables.
- Take accountability for collection of dues and reduction of overdue accounts.
Coordination and Market Intelligence
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams for timely execution of project orders.
- Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence on pricing, product trends, and project movement.
