Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad for an Institutional Sales Manager. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, negotiating contracts and presenting tailored solutions that align with clients requirements.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets & increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and key stakeholders.
  • Develop & manage a sales pipeline, and provide regular sales forecasts to senior management.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the use of our ion exchange resins.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP/CRM software.

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Location: Ahmedabad

Education:: Diploma / Bachelor's / Master's in Chemistry / Chemical Engineer.MBA Marketing will be an added advantage
