Role Summary
As an Institutional Sales Manager, you will drive B2B revenue by building strategic partnerships with corporates, premium businesses, event partners, and uniform decision-makers. Your goal is to position Mizaj as the preferred partner for executive suits, corporate dressing solutions, and bulk orders programs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard institutional clients (corporates, banks, hotels, airlines, premium retail, real estate firms, wedding/event partners).
Promote suit programs: executive packages, onboarding kits, annual uniform contracts, bulk orders, and styling support.
Manage the complete sales cycle prospecting, meetings, presentations, quotations, negotiations, closures, and collections.
Coordinate measurements, trials, production timelines, and delivery with store and factory teams.
Build strong key accounts to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Maintain CRM pipeline, forecasts, and weekly performance reports.
Requirements
512 years of experience in B2B/institutional sales (apparel, formals, uniforms, or luxury segment preferred).
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-driven mindset with confident client handling and follow-ups.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Languages: Tamil & English (Hindi is an added advantage).
