Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Institutional Sales Manager based in Kolkata. The Institutional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing partnerships with institutional clients, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with potential clients, presenting tailored solutions, managing customer relations, and identifying new opportunities in the financial or corporate sectors. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to enhance service delivery and performance.

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients across corporate and institutional segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR Heads, L&D Heads, CXOs)
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation to closure
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Qualifications

  • Proven experience and skills in Institutional Sales and Sales, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong understanding of Educational & Training Industry of Eastern India
  • Excellent Networking and relationship management skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and convert opportunities into successful outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the Coaching, Soft Skills ,Education or life-planning sectors is a must
