Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing and driving corporate sales, establishing strong relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and identifying new business opportunities. The specialist will play a key role in expanding Colive's corporate partnerships and supporting the growth of the business.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Corporate Sales, Corporate Sales Management, and Sales strategies
- Demonstrated ability in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
- Proficiency in Negotiation and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in the co-living or real estate sector is an added advantage
