Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Institutional Sales role within Inseam Inc.s Gifting Business division. As part of the team, you will manage client relationships, generate new business opportunities, promote the company's product offerings, and build strategic collaborations. A significant part of the role involves identifying client requirements, closing deals, and working closely with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing sales reports and providing insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Institutional Sales and Sales strategies
  • Knowledge of Financial principles and Trading processes
  • Experience in Investments and delivering excellent client service in a business environment
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office suite
  • Good organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the gifting or promotional product industry is a plus
