We are looking for a result-oriented Manager to lead our Institutional Sales and build a strategic community of brand advocates.
The Role This is not a traditional sales desk job. We are looking for a Hunter who can navigate high-level institutional sales while simultaneously building an ecosystem of Coaches and Brand Ambassadors. You will report directly to the Director and hold a pivotal role in our expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Institutional Sales: Lead end-to-end business development with sports federations, government bodies (SAI, Khelo India), schools, and private sports academies.
- Community Building: Identify, onboard, and manage a network of influential Coaches and Sports Ambassadors to advocate for Gravolite products.
- Revenue Accountability: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to closing and ensuring Net Realized Sales (payment collection).
- Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with key stakeholders in the sports world to establish Gravolite as the preferred surfacing choice.
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B, Institutional, or Corporate Sales.
- Industry Preference: Sports Management, Fitness, Infrastructure, or Building Materials.
- Strong networking skills with an existing reach into the North India sports ecosystem.
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and managing collections.
