Installshield, Intune package conversion Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Install Shield & Intune Package Conversion Professional to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong expert in application packaging, deployment, and troubleshooting within SCCM and Intune environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Install Shield, PowerShell scripting, and a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex client and server-side issues related to software distribution and endpoint management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Packaging & Deployment: Possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience in creating packages for SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and Intune using InstallShield.
• Perform efficient package conversion processes for Intune deployment.
• Develop and maintain robust PowerShell scripts for automating manual tasks and streamlining package creation/deployment workflows.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide extensive troubleshooting expertise on Software Distribution issues, diagnosing and resolving complex client-side problems.
• Demonstrate good experience in troubleshooting issues within Intune client and server components.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10/11 OS and SCCM/MDM agents.
• Process & Solution Design: Ability to accurately understand problem statements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Ability to standardize packaging and deployment processes and ensure their regular review and optimization.
• Operating System Knowledge: Possess good knowledge of Windows client operating systems (Windows 10/11).

Required Skills & Experience:

• Total Years of Experience: 8 - 10 years
• Relevant Years of Experience: 8 years of hands-on experience in application packaging and deployment.
• Mandatory Skills: InstallShield expertise.
• Intune package conversion proficiency.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
• Experience with Package deployment using SCCM and Intune.
• Extensive troubleshooting experience in endpoint management and software distribution.
• Desired/Secondary Skills: VBScript.
• Experience with SCCM and Intune beyond packaging (administration, client health).

Domain: Application Packaging with InstallShield and Intune

Additional Information:

• Max Vendor Rate: Max 9,000 INR per day (excluding service tax)
• Client Interview: Not Applicable
• Background Check: Post onboarding
