About Us

Infrrd is a Series-B AI company and a recognized Leader in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Intelligent Document Processing (IDP). We help the world's largest financial institutions take the first shift of knowledge work off their plateusing AI to automate, enrich, and scale complex data work. Now, we're looking for someone who can tell that story on social media in a bold, authentic, and engaging way.

• We are growing fast, so you will need to keep up with the pace and hit the ground running.
• We are a young company that gives the large AI companies a run for their money when it comes to solving automation problems. What this means for you is that you need to be prepared to deal with some of the best competitors on the planet and win. Its not necessarily a con but it can get pretty intense. Let's just say this is not a job for the faint hearted.

With the cons out of the way, lets talk about the good stuff.

1. We are a team of about 300 people, so while we are young - we are not a start-up.

2. The work is challenging and you will work directly with the CEO of the company.

3. Our team is spread in 3 parts of the globe - US, Europe and India. You will need to be comfortable working with remote colleagues.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute creative social media content for LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, and beyond.
• Spot trends earlyand make them Infrrd's own.
• Grow our online presence by experimenting with content formats (memes, reels, carousels, threads).
• Engage with followers and influencers to spark conversations.
• Measure, learn, and adapt: turn likes and views into real community growth.

What We're Looking For

• A fresh graduate who gets socialsomeone who's been consistently posting and building their own following.
• Obsessed with content: you understand what clicks, what doesn't, and why.
• Strong creative instinctswhether that's writing captions that hit, designing visuals, or crafting short-form videos.
• Bonus: Experience with Canva, Figma, or video editing tools.
• Even bigger bonus: You've built something cool online (a personal page, a theme account, a TikTok following).
