Role OverviewSiyappa is looking for an Instagram-native creator who understands nightlife, culture, and aesthetics. This role is for someone who can edit reels, build a visual identity, and grow an Instagram page, not just post content.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Siyappa's Instagram end-to-end
- Edit and publish high-quality reels (trends + original concepts)
- Maintain a strong visual & brand aesthetic
- Plan content calendars around events
- Capture / coordinate event content
- Track reach, engagement & growth
Requirements- Strong Instagram editing & reel-making experience
- Excellent sense of trends, transitions, hooks & music
- Comfortable with tools like CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar
- Understanding of nightlife / event content
- Reliable, deadline-driven & creative
Must Have- A well-curated personal Instagram profile
- Proven reel performance (views, engagement, storytelling)
