About the Role
We are looking for an Instagram Growth Specialist who can help us increase our organic reach, improve engagement, and grow follower base through strategic Instagram SEO, content optimization, and trend-based growth methods. The ideal candidate understands Instagram algorithms, reels strategy, and content psychology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a growth strategy to increase followers, reach, and engagement.
- Conduct Instagram SEO including keyword research for captions, bios, and hashtags.
- Create content guidelines and optimize existing posts for higher visibility.
- Suggest and plan Reels ideas based on trending audio and niche relevance.
- Analyze account performance and provide weekly insights & growth reports.
- Research competitor pages and identify whitespace opportunities.
- Assist in improving overall brand presence, storytelling, and audience connection.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience managing or growing Instagram accounts (preferably in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or retail niches).
- Strong understanding of:

- Reels growth framework
- Hashtag strategy
- Content hooks & engagement triggers
