Integrity Data Services is looking for a detail-oriented Insolvency Administration Executive to join our growing offshore support team. If you are interested in insolvency, restructuring, and corporate compliance work with international exposure, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of statutory documents, reports, and case correspondence

• Supporting insolvency and restructuring assignments

• Managing case administration, timelines, and compliance requirements

• Maintaining accurate case records and documentation

• Assisting with financial review and corporate structure analysis

• Coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders

Eligibility:

• Inter CS / Inter CA / MBA / M.Com.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good written and verbal communication

• Basic understanding of corporate structures (preferred)

Job Details:

• Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

• Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Salary: ₹4 – ₹6 LPA (based on experience)
