Role And Responsibilities
- Identify and prepare listings of potential prospects
- Obtain and update contact details of individuals
- Influence customers to purchase services through prepared sales talks
- Explain products or services in detail to customers
- Make calls to active and potential clients to encourage purchases
- Manage and maintain client lists
- Create and send email campaigns
- Obtain customer information and enter orders into computers
- Address clients uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions in a timely manner
Candidate Qualifications
Required Skills
- Proficiency with Excel Formulas (e.g., Pivot Table, Lookups, Conditional formatting, count IF)
- Knowledge of creating MIS Reports
- Good Typing Speed
- Well-versed with Internet Knowledge
- Good spoken English
