Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and ambitious graduates who want to start their career in B2B technology sales. The Inside Sales Trainee will play a key role in engaging potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and supporting the sales team in building strong client relationships. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and want to grow in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement & Qualification

  • Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and maintain a strong lead pipeline.

Client Interaction & Solution Presentation

  • Understand client requirements and effectively present Isourse technology solutions.
  • Assist senior sales team members during product demos, proposals, and follow-up discussions.

CRM & Sales Pipeline Management

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information and communication records.
  • Track interactions and progress of leads within the sales pipeline.

Market Research & Outreach

  • Conduct research on target industries, potential clients, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Support outreach campaigns and contribute to weekly engagement targets and monthly revenue goals.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Confident interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, MS Office, and CRM tools.
  • Interest in technology products, B2B SaaS, or IT solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to grow in a sales-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Fresh MBA graduates (Marketing / Sales / Business) are strongly preferred.
  • Graduates from BSc, B.Com, BCA, or BBA backgrounds may also apply.
  • Candidates graduating in 2024 or 2025 are encouraged to apply.
