About Role
Leap is looking to hire a dynamic Team Leader to lead and manage a team focused on student overseas education loans. The role involves guiding the team to achieve business targets, driving sales performance, and ensuring a seamless experience for students seeking financial support for their international education.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of up to 8 - 10 Sales Executives to achieve weekly, monthly
annual sales targets, including ownership of every customer onboarded for the service.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales goals, prevent sales leakages,
enhance the customer experience, and stay updated on market-specific trends.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their business needs and
effectively communicating value propositions.
Collaborate with lenders in negotiations to secure loan amount increases, preferential
terms, and ROI all aimed at securing the most advantageous deal for the student.
Maintain continuous communication with students, executives and lenders ensuring things
are all up to date.
Oversee daily operations, optimise workflows, and manage resources for efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and address issues promptly.
Contribute to strategic planning for business growth and innovation.
Report on factors influencing tactical budgets and strategic account direction.
Stay updated on fintech trends and identify opportunities for product/service expansion.
Ideal Persona:
2+ Years of Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in Fintech and 1 year of
team handling.
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
