Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for an Inside Sales Team Lead. The Inside Sales Team Lead will manage and motivate a sales team to achieve targets, oversee lead generation processes, and maintain exceptional customer service standards. The position involves preparing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and ensuring high performance through effective team leadership and training.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Inside Sales
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
  • Team Management and Team Leadership experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and optimize processes
  • Prior experience in the education or edtech sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
