Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives.
  • Set individual and team sales targets, and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure the sales team provides excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the various teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads.
  • Highly number oriented and passionate about sales and target achievement

Required Skills and Qualifications

An Inside Sales Team Lead needs a blend of sales understanding and experience.

  • Strong interpersonal skills (Tamil or any other regional south indian language)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with industry trends
  • Minimum 1 year of team handling experience
  • Relevant experience in edtech sales is an added advantage.
  • Any UG/PG degree
