About the role -
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 10+ inside sales executives
- Handle and optimize inbound sales processes to ensure strong conversion rates
- Monitor daily performance, targets, and productivity of the sales team
- Conduct regular call audits, provide feedback, and improve sales pitch quality
- Train team members on product knowledge, objection handling, and customer communication
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring ethical selling and service-oriented conversations
- Support the team during escalations and ensure quick resolution of customer concerns
- Work closely with management to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain reports on sales performance, team KPIs, and improvement areas
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to company processes
Qualifications and Skills -
- Minimum 24 years of experience in inside sales or telesales
- Prior experience handling a calling sales team of 10+ members
- Strong inbound sales conversion experience
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Hands-on sales experience from grassroots/individual contributor level
- Ability to coach, train, and mentor team members effectively
- Experience in Insurance, Service Sector, or similar industries preferred
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
