Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Support role based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Support specialist will be responsible for supporting the sales team in managing client accounts, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves facilitating sales operations, maintaining accurate sales records, communicating effectively with clients, and overseeing the customer journey to enhance relationships and drive revenue growth.

- Effective verbal and written Communication abilities

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Previous experience in the corporate gifting or merchandise industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
