This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Support Specialist based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves assisting the sales team, managing leads, and providing excellent customer support. Responsibilities include maintaining sales records, coordinating with clients to address inquiries, processing sales-related paperwork, and fulfilling administrative tasks to facilitate smooth sales operations. The candidate will also ensure client satisfaction by supporting the resolution of queries and building positive relationships with customers.

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Sales Operations
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
• Prior experience in sales support or a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
